Allan is a serial entrepreneur who has developed several successful cutting-edge concepts and has vast experience in international business operations. Typically, he enjoys creating a new brand, and developing it from the outset so that the entire concept is formatted into a unique business which will stand out from the usual “me too” operations. Allan oversees every aspect of CLEARROCKS and adds his attention to detail and ability to fine-tune the operation to create seamless and efficient delivery throughout all areas of the company. Having successfully developed many businesses from the ground up and successfully selling them to larger trade operations he is ideally placed to develop the international brand of CLEARROCKS.
Stephanie Filleux - shipping & security logistics
Based at the Free Port in Geneva, and having worked for Christies, Stephanie ensures diligent shipping processes and secure, insured delivery. In association with Brinks, Malca Amit and FEDEX she coordinates tailor-made packages for individual delivery needs.
Dr john tankard - global head of information technology
Dr. Tankard has received both a PhD and a Masters of Philosophy in computer engineering. John has presented at many international computer conferences over the years, has several academic journal publications to his name, and is credited with the design of several published algorithms. He has worked as a consultant to many multinational corporations. Dr. Tankard was part of the design team which produced the specification of ONE OF the internet protocols used today. As an expert in distributed systems he is ideally placed to head up the IT team.
James downing - western European operations
James has extensive knowledge of the UK and Western European markets. Having worked for many of the wholesale delivery chains within the diamond industry his contacts are second to none. Western Europe is currently our second largest market with the UK being particularly dominant as James is based in London.
Jihad el Khoury - middle eastern operations
Jihad is a Lebanese national who has many businesses throughout the Middle Eastern region. Our principal markets here are the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Kuwait, and Lebanon. We are expanding rapidly in this region as it is our latest area of concentration. Jihad considers this area to have vast possibilities for sales, in particular for the larger diamonds, due to his connections to the ruling classes
Christopher Pickles - Global Head of Finance
Chris has experience in multiple sectors and has been a UK-qualified chartered accountant for the last 15 years. He has been instrumental in running financial operations throughout multi region businesses and with his current team is fully in control of the groups finances.
